What types of structures do you offer?
Blue Stripe Structures offers garages, carports, RV covers, utility buildings, commercial buildings, workshops, agricultural structures, boat covers, storage units, and custom metal buildings.
Do you offer custom building sizes?
Yes. Most structures can be customized by width, length, height, color, roof style, doors, windows, and certification requirements. Although, most widths are manufactured in 2' increments. Most lengths are manufactured in 5' increments.
What colors are available?
We offer the following 14 colors: White, Sandstone, Pewter Gray, Royal Blue, Rawhide, Pebble Beige, Galvalume, Evergreen, Black, Burgandy, Barn Red, Clay, Quaker Gray, and Earth Brown. We offer over 2000+ roof, trim, and siding color combinations. Please refer to the color choice infographic at the bottom of the "Structure Add-On's" Page.
Do you offer certified buildings?
Yes. Certified buildings are available in many areas and can be engineered to meet local wind, snow, and code requirements. Most certified buildings are rated between |30 or 35 PSF (Pounds per Square Foot) / 140 MPH (Miles per Hour)|
How much do metal buildings cost?
Pricing depends on building size, location, certification requirements, customization options, and installation conditions. Prices start at $1,495.00 + local tax. Contact us for a free, no obligation, customized quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Most custom orders require a deposit before production or scheduling can begin. Deposit requirements vary depending on location of installation and total cost of the project. For qualified buyers, financing is a great option to begin your project with no money down.
Are prices subject to change?
Yes. Although rare, material costs, engineering requirements, freight charges, and manufacturer pricing may change until an order is finalized. In most cases, Blue Stripe Structures will honor the original price of what was agreed upon.
What does the order process look like?
We make your buying process super simple. It all begins with a free consultation, where we listen to your necessities, factor in your budget, answer questions and talk about financing options. After our consultation, we design a 3-D model of your building and provide you with a clear and consise quote. We then make modifications to your building dependent on your requests. After you review and agree on your quote, we complete your order form and gather all necessary information for installation, delivery, and contact. We then collect a down-payment according to the location of install and price of your building, ranging from 10% to 18%.
Do you offer Financing or Rent-To-Own?
Yes. Blue Stripe Structures partners with Lyon Financial to offer financing options for qualified customers. We also partner with RTO National to provide Rent-To-Own options in many areas. For more information, view out financing page!
Is there a credit check for Rent-To-Own?
When using RTO national's Rent-To-Own program, there is NO required credit check, making ownership accessible for many customers.
Do I need a concrete slab?
Not always. Depending on the local requirements, buildings may be installed on concrete, gravel, asphalt, or ground anchors. Garages and commercial buildings often perform best on concrete.
Do you offer concrete services?
Yes. We work with local providers that can assist with properly designed concrete foundations, reinforcement, vapor barriers, footings, control joints, and engineered plans.
Do I need a building permit?
Permit requirements vary by county, city, municipality, state, and HOA. Customers are responsible for verifying local requirements. Blue Stripe Structures is not responsible for obtaining permits.
What is a certified building?
A certified building includes engineering documentation designed to meet specific wind and snow load requirements for your area. Most buildings are standard rated at 30 psf.
How long does installation take?
Most installations can be completed within one to three days depending on building size, complexity, weather, and site preparation.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by location. Many customers experience installation within approximately three weeks or less, though actual timelines may vary.
Can weather affect installation dates?
Yes. Weather conditions, site conditions, permitting delays, and scheduling may impact installation timelines.
What site preparation is required?
The site should be leveled within 3 inches, accessible to installation crews, and free of obstructions before installation. Fees or cancelations may apply if the site is not leveled and clear from obstructions.
Are utility lines my responsibility?
Yes. Customers are responsible for locating and marking underground utilities prior to installation. Call 811 before you dig!
Can I add windows, doors, or garage doors?
Yes. Windows, walk-in doors, and garage doors are available in various sizes and styles depending on your building design.
Can I add insulation?
Insulation is available for any building. Certain states also offer spray-foam insulation.
Do your buildings come with a warranty?
Many structures include warranties covering certain materials and components. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and products.
Are custom orders refundable?
Due to the custom nature of many orders, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees or restrictions.
